On becoming the happiest baby on the block by twelve weeks solution

At seven months old Anna is in a rigid schedule of eating when she’s hungry, sleeping when she’s tired, and being held as much as possible.

You might be shaking your head because I’m probably missing out on some serious sleep by not pressing her into a more defined schedule. You might be right, but it’s what works for me, and it seems to work for her, too. Plus, one day she’s going to have to leave track practice to get to her part-time job at the Gap and somehow find time to finish her Physics homework. If there’s any time to be leisurely about your day planner, it’s the first year of your life.

Plus, I figure it’s better than what I do which is, spend an hour scrolling Instagram when I’m tired, and pour a bag of Cheetos on my face when I’m not hungry.
