Mary Virginia is noticing her brother more and more. It’s adorable when she looks at him dancing and jumping and playing and a smile explodes across her face.
It’s also adorable when he wants to interact with her and hold her and brings her her pacifier announcing, “Here ya go Mary ‘ginia! Here ya go Mary ‘ginia paci-i-er!”
David weighs about three times more than Mary Virginia, and he’s more than double her height. He can also do lots of things she can’t, like walk, run, jump, hold toys, and hit people with toys. He’s also unpredictable, unaware of his body, and prone to mood swings.
So. Most of the time it’s adorable. Sometimes it’s terrifying.
LOL. I think you pretty much described toddler-hood perfectly. Loved this post. 🙂
Yup, same here. Abby is SO sweet – in the car, when he is crying she’ll say, “Don’t worry baby Josh-a! We almost there!” (Which is apparently what we say to him also.) But then she will also smack him on the head. Or jump off the couch and land on his arm. Or fall on his face. Absolutely terrifying!
if we could all touch our forehead to the floor while our legs are outstretched. What flexibility. Did Brigham scratch David’s check? The pictures are great!!
Ellie carries Gabby around. It’s mostly terrifying.
